I'm Janic (Zsa-Nick), founder of Ripple Effect Leadership and the creative mind behind its sister brand, Creating Ripples Co.

I work with women+ entrepreneurs and teams who want to build something intentional, lead with purpose, and create a biz or culture that actually reflects what's at their core.
