Ripple Effect Leadership’s mission is to provide entrepreneurs and organizations creatively designed programs to help them build collaborative and kick-ass teams to rock their purpose and grow their business from the inside out.
I make leadership training accessible to all entrepreneurs and emerging leaders so they can realize their full potential as a boss person regardless of previous experience.
Everyone knows the saying, “If you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything.”
Well basically, I agree. But, I’d like to take that mantra a little further to assert that if you are led by nothing, you won’t lead anybody. Your core values not only define where you come from, but they should largely dictate where you are headed and how you will get there.
By carefully selecting and consciously sticking to your values, you will more easily be able to recognize who you should surround yourself with, whose projects you align with and how you can work together to achieve major milestones, without compromising your sense of selves.
